Philosophy

Our Treatment

Philosophy

At North Jersey Recovery Center, we emphasize an individualized, person-centered approach to care that treats every client with dignity and respect. Our mental health treatment philosophy recognizes that clients are the experts on themselves, and a collaborative relationship is essential to helping clients access their inner strength, resilience, and potential. We operate from a strengths-based, team-oriented perspective and understand that mental health and wellness are complex, and influenced by biological, psychological, physiological, social, and spiritual factors, all of which highlights the importance of treating the whole person. This is accomplished by focusing on the multidimensional nature of mental health and addiction recovery and incorporating evidence-based treatment modalities, pharmacotherapy, and complementary alternative therapies into the treatment process. Our caring and compassionate interdisciplinary team of therapists, medical and psychiatric providers, dieticians, case managers, and group facilitators are dedicated to providing you or your loved one with the highest level of care.
